Join us to kick off the Winter Fundraiser events "Together for the Holidays" for a one hour barre class at Studio Barre Alexandria! Studio Barre uses small, isolated movements to create long, lean muscles while incorporating cardio and stretching to lift and tone your entire body. All equipment will be provided.
